• Processing Time: All pieces are handmade to order and require 5-7 business days to craft before shipping.
• Shipping Times: Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method, but most orders arrive within 3-7 after shipping.
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

Because all of our pieces are handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package our products securely, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help:

1. Contact Us: Notify us on the same day your package is delivered.

3. Resolution: We will assess the damage and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
